SUSTAINABLE CITIES AND SETTLEMENTS: "THE HISTORY AND SIGHTS OF ALMATY"

In order to familiarize foreign students with the history of the city of Almaty, which today is beautiful, beautiful and by nature, the Department of Language and General Education Training of Foreigners of the Faculty of Pre-university Education of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University organized an open educational event "Almaty: history and sights of the city".

The event was attended by teachers and international students from China, Korea, Japan, Germany, Canada and other countries of the world.

The general purpose of the event is to improve and expand knowledge about the city of Almaty, foster love and interest in the city, tolerance, friendship and mutual understanding, familiarize foreign students with the history, culture, traditions and sights of Almaty.

The speakers who spoke at the events told about the sights of Almaty, about today's appearance, about the importance of the cultural and political system. In addition, saying that the city of Almaty has its own history and its own destiny, he proudly said that people from all over the city understand the culture and traditions of the peoples living in this city.

International students were able to see how peoples of different nationalities live in unity and peace in Almaty.
