Mysterious pages of the history of the KazNU library

        On February 6, 2024the teaching staff of the department of world history, historiography and source studies organized the meeting-excursion for students entitled “Mysterious pages of the history of the KazNU library”  devoted the 90th anniversary of Al-Farabi KazNU. Organizers: Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor Bedelova G.S., Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor Sadykova R.O., PhD, Senior Lecturer Nuskabay P.N.

       During the event, the librarian conducted an excellent excursion for 1st year students of the specialties “History” (Foreign Language), “Archives, Documentation and Documentary Support”. As part of the excursion, students were provided with a wealth of information about the library. Library employee showed the significant first floor, Al-Farabi Heritage Museum. She also explained in detail the possibilities of ordering books and the electronic library. It can be said that the event was completely productive and had great educational significance for the students.
