The first is generally unemployed youth. This will determine the number of people who have dropped out, who have not worked. Their sources are taken from employment centers. In the second category – people with disabilities who can work. And on the third list – work with inactive young people in our country who suffer from chronic diseases or are addicted to harmful things. The latter are young housewives. It includes single mothers with many children. Their number will be determined, an index will be drawn up and the issue of employment will be regulated.At the same time, the state uses various mechanisms for employment of young people. At the same time, there are enough projects jointly developed by the Ministry of Labor and local akimats. Such programs as" with a diploma to the village"," youth practice"," Zhasyl El"," serpin 2050". However, the rate of youth unemployment is falling very slowly. Because most of the young people have a reduced salary there. 

The speaker and the teaching staff of the Department formulated the concept that people with disabilities should receive benefits, Social Protection and provide them with goods, as well as shared practical advice and recommendations.

The seminar was a great opportunity for the participants to exchange experience, express their opinions and defend the rights of people with disabilities, discuss. The event also contributed to the strengthening of interaction between students and teachers, creating a favorable learning and research environment.
