Open day of the Military Department

09.02.2024 in honor of the 90th anniversary of Al-Farabi kaznu University and the 100th anniversary of the First Minister of defense, people's hero, Army General Sagadat Nurmaganbetov under the leadership of the deputy director for educational work of the college Akhmetova M. A. and the deputy director for educational and methodological work of the college Appakova M. N. teachers of primary military and technological training of Russian Kazakh groups por-109, ISK-111 major Zakulin M. S A. A. and A. egeubayev with these groups went to the open day in the military cafe of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.  The main goal of the open day was to acquaint the younger generation with the life of the military department, to educate patriotism. Young patriots got acquainted with military equipment and types of weapons on the territory. He visited the training material and technical base of the military department, training and drill sites. In the classrooms of the department, students of higher educational institutions took part in military training classes, shooting training was carried out in complexes of simulators and in the library of the Department. Students of the military department demonstrated to the guests the skills learned during their studies: tactical drill techniques, Assembly and disassembly of the AK-74 assault rifle, and much more. students visited the educational and material base of the Military Department, educational institutions for the training of a future Officer Specialist, small-caliber artillery ranges. students also visited the Museum and classrooms of the Military Department. A film about the history of the formation and development of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan was presented to their attention. Experienced teachers told about the history of the department, the activities and everyday life of the Institute of Military Affairs. Officials forming military practical skills answered the questions of the pupils of" Zhas Sarbaz " about military service and training and called on them to defend the motherland in the future
