Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all

12 February 2024 At a lesson on the subject “Current problems of the theory of state and Law,” 1st year master’s student of the Faculty of Law of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Jamanbayeva Akku made a presentation on the topic "Legal education: history, development, future".

Master’s students took an active part in the discussion of this topic. This indicates their interest and the importance of this topic for them. The discussion allows students to exchange opinions, deepen their knowledge and develop critical thinking on the topic. And also through the comparative legal method, universities that teach legal education were studied. This method is an important component of the analysis. This approach allows us to identify the features of educational programs, teaching methods, as well as the principles underlying the organization of education in various educational institutions. Such an analysis helps students gain a more complete understanding of the various approaches to legal education and develop their own point of view on this topic.
