On February 19, 2024, 2nd year students of specialty «6B05109 – Neuroscience organized and conducted a training seminar within the framework of SDG 3 on the topic “Lifestyle and Health” together with the curator, senior teacher E.V. Shvetsova. The purpose of the training seminar held within the framework of SDG 3 was to develop healthy lifestyle skills among students. The students' presentation revealed the meaning of the SDGs. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a set of 17 interrelated goals developed in 2015 by the UN General Assembly as “a blueprint for achieving a better and more sustainable future for all”. These goals were called the “2030 Agenda” in the General Assembly resolution and they replaced the Millennium Development Goals. The final document of the General Assembly, “Transforming our world: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development”, contains 17 global goals and 169 related targets. Then an analysis was given of the influence of a person’s lifestyle on health, in particular, the problems of bad habits and especially the influence of physical inactivity on the development of a young body were revealed. In addition, students conducted training sessions on exercises that were especially useful for them, since constantly attending classes and working in the library, working on a computer takes them from 7 to 9 hours a day. The whole group worked and the topic was fully disclosed and interesting to the students.
