Leadership lecture "Contract for subsurface use"

02/16/2024 Within the framework of the 4th Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) of quality education, 1st year doctoral student of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law Li Fan held a leadership lecture with 2nd year students of the Faculty of Law on the topic "Subsoil use Contract".  The purpose of the scientific seminar is the basic rights and obligations of subsoil users (investors) under international contracts for subsoil use in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The event was attended by Doctor of Law, Professor Baideldinov D.L. K. yu.n. Zhugralina B.M., Ashyralieva B.S. Kalymbek B., Kuandykov K.Zh. These questions aroused the interest of the students present, who took an active part in their discussion.Key attention who exchanged their thoughts and expressed a unanimous opinion on the importance of the topic raised.
