Quality Education and the Future of Youth.

At the Pre-University Education Faculty of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (KazNU), foreign students from various countries are studying Kazakh and Russian languages.

Foreign students from Japan, China, South Korea, the Philippines, Turkey, Mongolia, and other countries choose KazNU for their education. While their ultimate goal might be to pursue degrees across various faculties at KazNU, they first embark on a journey to master Kazakh and Russian languages. Kazakh is the official state language in Kazakhstan, and Russian serves as the language of interethnic communication.

To attain a quality education, international students should not only grasp conversational language skills but also master the intricacies of academic discourse. Professors of the Language and General Education Department have developed teaching programs for Kazakh and Russian languages using cutting-edge methods of intensive learning, digitalization, and distance education.
