Expert strategic session on modern trends in developing a research university within the SDG “Quality Education.”

From February 21 to 22, 2024, a significant event occurred at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University - the Expert Strategic Session “Professional Week 2024”.

As part of the track “Designing educational programs: problems and prospects,” a candidate of economic sciences, senior lecturer at the Department of international relations and world economy, Aida Yerimpasheva spoke. Her report was devoted to improving educational programs at a research university. In particular, she highlighted the achievements and results of the educational program “7M04101 - World Economy” and its impact on the labor market. Also, it was announced the launch of a new educational program, “7M041 International Business”. The report aroused the most profound interest among the audience - representatives of universities of Almaty and regions of Kazakhstan. This session demonstrated KazNU’s commitment to high-quality education that meets international standards and its readiness for innovation and improvement in this area.
