Purpose and content

The purpose of the Round table: discuss the current quality assurance system and develop recommendations for the development of a general quality assurance policy in Kazakhstan.

From control and evaluation measures to quality assurance tools: a paradigm shift

o The concept of developing an Internet platform for business using AI is presented. The role of AI in modern business is presented, as well as what challenges stand in the way of modernizing the business management system in Kazakhstan.

o A project has been presented to create a competence center for the Industry 4.0 Model Factory, which will be deployed on the territory of KazNU.

o The results of the research on the topic of a scientific report on AI and robotics, as well as the areas of application and current tasks in this area were shown.

o The process of implementing the construction of a new Hyundai plant, and innovations in the process of automating the paint shop were shown.

o New developments of the Kazakh Low-code programming company were proposed. New software development tools were discussed.

o Digital technologies for Industry 4.0 in Kazakhstan were presented.

Problems:

  • When developing an Internet platform, work is needed to modernize the software that will support AI.
  • It is necessary to work out joint work with departments and students for closer contact and fruitful work.
  • It is necessary to involve practitioners and researchers in the implementation of research on AI and robotics.
  • It is necessary to optimally solve the shortage of personnel for an enterprise with a practical bias, it is necessary to cooperate better with universities for timely training of personnel at the university.
  • It is necessary to hold discussions with society and business to promote the Industry 4.0 theme in Kazakhstan.

 

Conclusion

  • Important and relevant reports on IT and Industry 4.0 were discussed.
  • Steps to introduce new technologies in production and education were discussed.
  • The relevance of modernization of the information system and software of production and business in the context of national priorities and international trends in the concept of Industry 4.0 was noted.

  1. Issues related to tools and technology for implementation on the topic of Industry 4.0 are considered.
