        The Winter Scientific School "Human Rights in the modern world" continues its work

 

The organizer is the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University

 

As part of the implementation of SDG 4 "Quality Education", proclaimed by the United Nations to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all, the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University holds the Farabi Winter Scientific School on the topic "Human Rights in modern the world."

On February 29, 2024, the moderator of the winter scientific school, Doctor of Law, Professor Ibraуeva A.S. introduced the lecturer, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor, Vice-rector of Q University, S.K. Esetova.

The topic of the lecture by S.K. Esetova is "How the Internet and technology affect migration: difficulties and opportunities". During the lecture, issues related to the impact of the Internet on migration were discussed. New technologies that help or hinder migrants were considered separately. The international experience of using digitalization in migration was also considered, as well as real-world examples of using technologies for migration

In conclusion, the lecturer, PhD, associate professor Esetova S.K. offered advice on how to use the Internet for their own purposes and what to pay attention to for those who are thinking about moving.

The Winter Scientific School is organized for students of law specialties from foreign universities.
