Winter Scientific School "Human Rights in the modern world".

On March 5, 2024, the next lesson was held. The moderator of the event is Doctor of Law, Professor A.S. Ibraуeva.

Topical issues related to a new approach to law as a means of protecting and ensuring human rights were considered. The new image of law forms a positive attitude towards law.

A new approach to generations of human rights was also considered.

The traditional three generations of human rights were considered. The fourth generation of human rights has been added as a new one. These include somatic, reproductive and informational human rights.

The features of administrative law in relation to the protection of human rights were also considered.  

The Winter Scientific School is organized for students of law specialties from foreign universities.

The organizer is the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
