Climate Protection

As part of the sustainable development initiative, on March 6, 2024, senior lecturer at the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law, Faculty of Law, al-Farabi KazNU, Bitabarova Zh.A conducted a scientific webinar with undergraduates from BSU and KazNU via the ZOOM platform on the topic “Climate Protection”. This event is dedicated to UN Sustainable Development Goal 13. This topic is now on the global environmental agenda. During the webinar, participants discussed what measures Kazakhstan is taking to implement obligations under the Kyoto Protocol and the Paris Agreement of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Protection.
