On March 6, an event was held at the Department of Biodiversity and Bioresources in honor of International Women's Day. The organizers of this event were senior lecturer of the Department of Biodiversity and Bioresources, PhD Childibaeva A.Zh.; Associate Professor, с.b.s. Akhtaeva N.Z.; 1st course PhD students of the specialty of geobotany Turgara Zh.D., Salmukhanbetova Zh.K.; 2nd year bachelor students of the specialty biology. The event was dedicated to our beloved mothers, as well as female scientists who manage to do both science and find time for their family. The students made a report-presentation about great women whose names remained on the pages of history forever. Also, the event was accompanied by a concert program.
