Students of the Far East Department of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with teachers and students of the University of Tokyo visited the UN Office in Almaty

03/07/2024, students of the Far East Department of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, together with teachers and students of the University of Tokyo, who arrived in Kazakhstan to study at the Faculty of Oriental Studies as part of the annual winter school program, visited the UN Office in Almaty. The UN Office held a seminar in English for local and foreign teachers and students, during which the event participants were provided with detailed information about the activities of the UN in Kazakhstan and around the world, as well as global problems in a variety of areas that the organization is currently involved in . After the presentation, quizzes and discussions on the topic were held for the event participants.

     The event was held at a high organizational level. The event organizers presented the most active listeners with gifts in the form of thermal mugs, backpacks and shopping bags.
