Presentation of the educational and methodological manual by candidate of legal sciences, associate professor M. K. Samaldykov “Criminal Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Special Part)”

On March 12, 2024, at the Department of International Law took place a presentation of the educational and methodological manual by candidate of legal sciences, associate professor M. K. Samaldykov “Criminal Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Special Part)”. In this book, the author examined the issues of the course of the Special Part of Criminal Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the current Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The book contains abstracts of lectures with self-control questions, test tasks and tasks for practical classes with questions on law enforcement. This manual is intended for law students of all forms of study, law enforcement officers and persons interested in issues of criminal law. The presentation was held at a high level. Colleagues congratulated Maksut Koshekovich on the successful release of the book.
