On the implementation of the goals of the "BOOKCLUB Farabi" section of the Sustainable Development Goals program, the Faculty of history of Al-Farabi kaznu recently held a scientific seminar "Jochi Ulus and the problems of statehood identity in Kazakh history" among 1st year students of the specialty "6b10105 - public health" within the framework of the 800th anniversary of Jochi Ulus. The purpose of the scientific seminar was to discuss the history of the Ulus of Jochi, its historical continuity with the Kazakh statehood. The students discussed the views of domestic and foreign scientists on the place of individual historical figures in the study of the Jochi Ulus, the spiritual, cultural and political-historical continuity of the Jochi Ulus with the Kazakh Khanate.
In addition, the history of the study of the history of the Ulus of Jochi was considered. The works of zardykhan Kinayatovich "the Kazakh state and the Ulysses of Jochi", Bereket Bakytzhanovich Karibayev "the history of the formation of the Kazakh Khanate", B. B. Karibayev, M. S. Nogaibayeva "the Golden Horde and the Kazakh Khanate" were presented to students and their valuable scientific conclusions were explained among the students.
