Foreign students of the Faculty of Pre-University Education of the Department of Language and General Education Training of Foreigners take an active part in the projects of Al-Farabi KazNU within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Thus, on 29 March 2024, foreign students from China, Korea, Japan, Turkey of groups 1, 10, 12 took an active part in the action "No to Alcohol!" within the framework of SDG-3 in the direction of "Good Health and Well-being". This event was organized by the curators of the Department of Language and General Education Training of Foreigners Aitpayeva A.S., Moldagalieva J.T., Matsko I.V. The curators discussed with foreign students, what harm alcohol does to the physical and mental health of people, how we can help ourselves and others to reduce and even completely stop drinking alcohol. The students made their suggestions on how to solve this problem and supported the university's project on sustainable development goals.
