Scientific seminar within the framework of UN SDG 4 “BOOKClub Farabi: Discussing our favorite books”

To be able to choose a book and read it carefully, to understand and comprehend it, to be able to use the impression received in life is one of the prerequisites that determines the skills and knowledge, prudence and intelligence of every person. The book is our best friend. A person who is friends with books will undoubtedly be brought up with a broad outlook, high speech culture, intelligent and comprehensively developed.

On March 29, 2024, in aud. 322 the scientific seminar “BOOKClub Farabi: Discussing our favorite books” was held. During the meeting, favorite books of teachers and students were discussed and recommendations for reading were given.

The event's goal of raising awareness of books that are interesting and useful for development, according to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal №4 was fully achieved.  Organizers: senior curator Serbaeva A.D., curator Zhussupova A.I., students of the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics.
