«Olympiad on civil law: the path to knowledge and professional growth»

On March 25-30, 2024, at the Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi at the Law Faculty of the Department of Civil Law and the Civil Procedure, labor law held the Inter-university subject Olympiad among 2-4 students of undergraduate, and jurisprudence students. Students from all cities of Kazakhstan took part in the Olympiad in order to demonstrate their knowledge, skills and analytical abilities in the field of civil law. Students of the Taraz regional university named after M.Kh. Dulati G. Taraz, executions named after Abai, the University of International Business named after Kenzhegali Sagadiev, the University of Caspian University of Almaty, as well as students of the Al-Farabi treasury.

The format of the Olympiad - online, consisted of two stages, this is testing and protecting scientific project work on topical issues of civil law. The winners received not only diplomas, but also prize prizes, and certificates were awarded to participants in the Olympiad. The jury members were awarded with incentive letters and prizes (books) the most striking works of students.

Participation in the Olympiad gave students the opportunity not only to measure knowledge in the field of civil law, but also to show their potential, exchange experience and knowledge, as well as make new acquaintances in the legal community. In addition, the Olympiad has become an important stage in their professional development, helping them better understand and apply civil law, which will become the basis of their future career. This event not only confirmed the high level of training of students of various universities, but also emphasized the importance of such measures for the development of legal education in Kazakhstan. We are proud of our students and are sure that they will become worthy representatives of the legal profession and make a significant contribution to the development of the legal system of our country.
