"Development of the culture of interpersonal relations, support for ethnic minorities"
On April 1, 2024, Tairova G.A., the advisor of the 1st year students majoring in “Foreign Philology” together with the 1st year students of this major held a round table discussion on the topic: "Development of a culture of interpersonal relations, support for ethnic minorities." The event included the quiz on the development of the culture of interpersonal relations and the support of ethnic minorities. The aim of the round table was to discuss, highlight and emphasize the importance of developing a culture of interpersonal relationships. An introductory round of questions was conducted about the culture of interpersonal relations and the importance of supporting ethnic minorities. Then the students were asked to express their opinions and experiences on the topic of interpersonal culture.
A discussion followed, during which participants discussed various aspects of the topic, including the importance of empathy and respect for cultural differences. At the end, the quiz was conducted to test knowledge and understanding of the topic under discussion. The event allowed participants to exchange opinions and experiences, as well as to identify key aspects of developing a culture of interpersonal relations. It was emphasized that respect for differences and the ability to interact effectively with representatives of different cultures is an important element of civil society. The round table discussion allowed students not only to touch upon the important issues, but also to find the ways to develop a culture of interpersonal relationships.
