Students took 1st place in the Olympiad between countries of CA and RF

On March 18, 2024, 3rd year students of the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology of the EP “6B05203 Hydrology” took part in the Olympiad dedicated to the celebration of WORLD WATER RESOURCES DAY BETWEEN THE COUNTRIES OF CA and RF “Water for the World” - 2024. The Olympiad was organized by the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B.N. Yeltsin, the format was online. Teams from Central Asian countries took part in it, such as KRSU University (Kyrgyzstan), Khujan State University (Tajikistan), Mining and Technology Institute (Tajikistan), National University of Uzbekistan (Uzbekistan), and Ural State Forestry University (Russian Federation). The Water for Peace Olympics consisted of several rounds, which were interesting and exciting in their own way. Our students showed their efforts, knowledge and abilities, and due to their aspirations they took an honorable 1st place.
