Liberalism as a critique of Marxism

In the walls of the Faculty of Law on April 9, 2024:in the framework of the 4th, 16th UN SDGs, PhD, Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, lecturer Kalisheva N.H. and seminarian Abdikadir U.B. held an open lesson in the form of a discussion on the discipline "History of political and Legal doctrines" on a very interesting topic: "Liberalism as a critique of Marxism." By the way, this topic was a task on SRO according to the Syllabus and the students actively discussed the issues, using primary sources, they argued in defense of both theories and that this is very important for the formation of the identity of the legal system of New Kazakhstan. The students were familiarized with the available published literature of the lecturer in this field.
