Telecommunications fraud as a threat to global legal standing:a study of national legislation on telecommunications fraud

Within the framework of the Week of Science and the implementation of UN SDG No. 4 “Quality education”, on April 11, 2024, 1st year doctoral student of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminology, Kalbiyat Kalibat, held a round table on the topic “Telecommunications fraud as a threat to global legal standing:a study of national legislation on telecommunications fraud.” During the event, the participants discussed the formation, proliferation and methods of counteracting telecommunication fraud. Afterwards, participants expressed their opinions and suggestions on the subject and discussed possible ways to curb telecommunication fraud.
