During the internship, the undergraduate acquires work skills in accordance with the norms of pedagogical ethics, taking into account individual characteristics and the degree of training of students.
In this regard, B.Kenzheev, a doctoral student of the Department of Physical Chemistry, Catalysis and Petrochemistry of the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, held a round table No. 5 on sustainable development "Ensuring gender equality and empowering girls and women". During the round table, the main principles and objectives of gender equality, gender policy and the concept of the family were announced, as well as illustrative examples were discussed. Thus, pedagogical practice is an important component that is directly focused on the professional and practical training of the student.
