Seminar-Training «We made іt and you can too!»

On April 12, the Scientific and Practical Center for Inclusive Environment carryed out a motivational meeting «We made it and you can too!» for students with special education needs (SEN) and teachers responsible for creating an inclusive environment and working with students with SEN.

The invited speakers are specialists from the Republican сenter for the Rehabilitation of the Visually Impaired «Zhyly Uya», who themselves have limited health capabilities, visual and musculoskeletal disabilities.

Iminova Mariyam Mirzakhunovna – rehabilitologist at the «Zhyly Uya» сenter; Asyl Azhibekov – editor of the magazine «Alty nukte» and a specialist in Braille; Togzhan Makulbekova – 4th year student in Social Work at NarKhoz University, an intern at the Rehabilitation Сenter and Eldar Vorontsov, a journalist for the inclusive public Internet radio «Sector X» shared their vision and experience of motivating themselves and their environment, their achievements in jobs, learning and families. And Togzhan even sang two songs.

Their life trials are models of courage and motivation, perseverance, and the desire to be EQUAL and INDEPENDENT in our community.
