On April 19, 2024 at 14.00 in room 417, the 2nd round of the oratory competition on the topic “In-demand professions of the future” will be held online, where 2nd and 4th year students of the Department of Chinese Studies of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and students of the Mordovian State Research Institute will participate University named after N.P. Ogorev.
The purpose of the Competition is to improve public speaking skills in Chinese as a means of self-realization and social adaptation. As well as the development of intercultural communication among students.
Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor Dauletkyzy Fatimabibi, Ph.D. Saparbaeva Nurzhan Baltazhanovna and teacher of the Mordovian University Zhu Wei Hui took part in the competition as a jury. Welcoming speeches were made by the Deputy Dean for educational and methodological work of the Faculty of Oriental Studies of the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi Amirbekova Umitai Abdikapparovna and the Deputy Dean for research of the Faculty of Foreign Languages of the Mordovian State Research University named after N.P. Ogorev Elena Babenkova Alexandrоvna and head of the Department of English Philology, Doctor of Philology, Professor Svoykin Konstantin Bertoldovich.
Based on the results of the competition, places were distributed as follows:

By participating in the international competition, students gained a wealth of experience; they had a chance to show their talents and acquire new skills. Such competitions stimulate students to new victories, increase self-confidence and, most importantly, students were able to communicate with students and teachers from Russia and find new friends.
