Within the framework of the UN SDG-4 "Quality Education", the teacher of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics M. T. Dosumbekova conducted a special lesson on solving crosswords at the seminar "Criminal Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan" with 1st year students as part of the events "90 good deeds for the 90th anniversary" of KazNU. In the course of high-quality training, students learned how to compose and solve crosswords. Solving crosswords improves a person's thinking system. Solving puzzles improves brain health and makes it active. "We found that there is a link between how often people solve crosswords and how well they solve problems related to attention, logical thinking and memory," says Cyrus Vernes.
