Within the framework of the International Scientific Conference of Students and Young Scientists “FARABI ALEMI” at the Faculty of Medicine and Health on April 5, 2024 the work is organized in 2 sections: 1 section – “Current issues of medicine, public health and healthcare”, 2 section – “Theoretical and practical aspects of healthy lifestyle, physical culture, sports and sports medicine.” In the section “Current issues of medicine, public health and healthcare,” a total of 26 participants were announced, of which 4 were from the CIS countries (Republic of Uzbekistan: Bukhara State Medical Institute - 3, Tashkent Medical Academy - 1). In fact, 23 participants took part, of which 1 was from the CIS countries (Tashkent Medical Academy, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan). There were 5 undergraduate students, 4 master’s students and 2 doctoral students from Al-Farabi KazNU. The event was dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the university and the implementation of SDG 4 “Quality education”.
The event was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health S.B. Kalmakhanov.
To evaluate the work, a commission was created:

5. Demeubaeva D.M. – Secretary, Master of Medicine, Chairman of the SMU Faculty of Medicine and Health
According to the results of the competition, second-place prizes were awarded to a 2nd-year master's student in the specialty "Medicine (Doctor-Researcher)" Narova D.R., a 3rd-year doctoral student in the specialty "Medicine" Gabdulina M.O., a 4th-year student in the specialty "Public Health" Baisynov N.
