From archives to history

Within the framework of the SDGs.8 Decent work and economic growth

On April 16, 2024, students of the Department of World History, Historiography and Source Studies got acquainted with the activities of the Central State Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the framework of familiarization before industrial practice. Having examined the archive building and the contents, documents with the history of Kazakhstan and its outstanding figures were deposited. 
The staff of the archive told about foreign business trips in which they searched for documents related to the history of Kazakhstan. Our younger generation received a good boost of energy and were even more proud of their chosen specialty.
