The conference was organized in a mixed format – offline in hall 408 of the Library of Al-Farabi KazNU and online by means of the ZOOM platform for both – the participants of plenary session and the work of conference sessions. In the flow of the sessions work, reports were presented on topical issues with potential perspectives for further development, for instance, such as – the potential of artificial intelligence in business processes, the various topical problems in translation studies, the role of media in education, the effective strategies for the development of life-long learning, the use of various innovative technologies in educational process.
