Discussing the achievement of SDGs in food environments at the international level

On April 14-18, 2024, associate professor of the Department of Analytical, Colloid Chemistry and Technology of Rare Elements Adilbekova A.O. took part in the Food Colloids Conference, Thessaloniki, Greece, within the framework of achieving SDG 17 “Partnerships for Sustainable Development Goals” (17.2.4. Cooperation on best practices for achieving sustainable development goals).

The conference focused on using colloid science to address sustainability challenges in food systems, reviewing comparative approaches, and developing international best practices for addressing sustainability goals through international collaboration and research. Scientists from about 300 countries took part in the conference. The topic of the report by A.O. Adilbekova was “Pickering emulsions stabilized by kaolin clay particles.”
