Joint events held within the framework of cooperation

In order to implement the 13 SDG goals, a leadership lecture on global warming was held on April 19, 2024 at the Higher School of Economics and Business of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (https://farabi.university/), which attracted the attention of students and experts to the respected topic of our time. The event was held at the international level with the participation of representatives of the Patrice Lumumba Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (https://www.rudn.ru/). It was attended by Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of International Economic Relations of the Patrice Lumumba People's Friendship University YuliaAleksandrovna Konovalova. The main speakers of the event were the experts: Nurzhanova Akbota, a specialist in the public relations department of the Department of Ecology and Environment of the city of Almaty, and Khamit Liza Borashkyzy, an environmental activist, a 2nd year master’s student in the specialty “Forestry Management” at S. SeifullinKazakh agrotechnical university. The lecture was attended by students from 5 leading universities ofKazakhstan: Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, S. Seifullin Kazakh agrotechnical university, Almaty Management University, Magsut NarikbayevUniversity. The event provided a platform for knowledge sharing and highlighted unity in the desire to protect our planet, highlighting the importance of joint research and development of strategies to address climate change challenges.
