Human life is the most precious treasure

11.04.2024 In accordance with the curriculum, the teacher of the subject "Fundamentals of Law" Dauletiyarkyzy Kamshat with the topic "Human life is the most precious treasure" with 10 "A"  students of the 1st and 2nd grades of the criminal procedure law in order to confirm the theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom through a game court session, a business game "Court Process" " passed. The case of Article 99, Clause 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Murder" was considered at the trial court session. Pupils themselves spoke in the role of judge, prosecutor, lawyer, secretary, defendant, victim, expert and witnesses.

The main objectives guided by the "Peace, Justice and Effective Institutions" section are:

* Significantly reduce the prevalence of all forms of violence and reduce the death rate from this phenomenon worldwide.
* End violence, exploitation, trafficking and all forms of abuse and torture against children.
* Promote the rule of law nationally and internationally and ensure equal access to justice for all.
