Pre-defense of the dissertation of undergraduates

On April 24, 2024, the 2nd year master's students of the scientific and pedagogical direction pre-defensed their dissertations at the department of customs, financial and environmental law. The pre-defense was attended by 17 graduates and their supervisors. The works were presented in Russian, Kazakh and English according to the EP “7M04217 – “Jurisprudence”, “7M04216 – Financial Law”. Dissertation works were devoted to current topics in insurance, financial, tax, banking, customs, environmental, and land law. In their speech, the master's students emphasized the relevance of the chosen topic, goals, objectives, theoretical and practical significance, and justified the provisions made on the topic of the dissertation. Scientific supervisors gave positive feedback and recommendations for defense. The commission noted that the work are recommended for defense admission.
