As part of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 3, 4, 8, 9), the Department of Economics at the School of Economics and Business organized a guest lecture titled "Using Brainstorming for Career Growth and Personal Development". The guest speaker was a senior associate from EY with over five years of experience. During the lecture, the speaker shared methods and strategies for brainstorming that can contribute to participants' professional growth and personal development. A key focus was on how to generate innovative ideas and implement them in one's professional field, thereby expanding one's perspectives and skills. The interactive part of the lecture included exercises in idea generation, discussion, and analysis of possible ways to realize these ideas in real life, allowing participants to actively engage and apply the knowledge gained in practice.
