On November 4th, students belonging to groups GM 22-05 and group advisor Gulsara Akanova organized an environmental cleaning day “Subbotnik – Saturday” under the motto "No plastic in nature". This was done as part of the sustainable development goal of "Protection and restoration of terrestrial ecosystems". The Ecological Saturday event was organized jointly with teacher Akmaral Ismailova and with 2nd year students from the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology. During the event, the sustainable development goals were explained to all students, and the chemical composition of plastic waste that is released into the environment and the harm it causes to nature were also described.
