Business game: "The trial is on."

On May 4, 2024, as part of the implementation of SDG No. 4 "Quality Education", SDG No. 16 "Peace, Justice and effective institutions" and as part of the study of criminal procedure law, a business game among 3rd year students on the topic: "The trial is underway", organized by a teacher of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics Mukhamadieva, ended G.N., in order to form practical skills in the exercise of powers by participants in criminal proceedings during the trial (development of a legal position on the case, drafting procedural documents, oral presentations in the court of first instance, making procedural decisions, etc.). During the court session, students practically studied the trial process, its stages - starting with the opening of the court session and the announcement by the presiding judge of which case is to be considered, ending with the announcement of the decision by the judge. The students thanked the organizers of the business game and noted that such events contribute to increasing motivation to study the science of criminal procedure, in-depth assimilation of the discipline's educational material and improvement of teamwork skills, including procedural guidance in the production of judicial actions.
