Graduates’ day at the Faculty of International Relations
Graduates’ day was held at the Faculty of International Relations in the format of "Welcoming coffee". This is a new tradition, the concept of which involves networking of graduates from previous years and this year, as well as key partners and employers. As part of the meeting, representatives of diplomatic structures, businessmen, heads of analytical centers, etc. were invited.
The meeting was held with the participation of graduates and partners: Nikolay Vladimirovich Zhumakanov, Head of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a graduate of the specialty "International Law" (2005).
Adlet Kumar is a diplomat, businessman and writer. He worked as an ambassador at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the UK, in the international departments of national companies, organizes international events at the level of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Adlet, under the pseudonym Ajijiro Kumano, is also the author of books: "The City of flying packages", "The Heart of the Motherland" and etc.
On May 21, Adlet Kumar organized the event "Diplomatic Spring" with the participation of veterans of the diplomatic service of Kazakhstan, current diplomats and graduate students from universities of our country.
Murat Kozhanov is a graduate of 2002, now he is the director of the business center.
Gulmira Pazilova is the director of the Artmeken Gallery.
Asel Kozhakhmetova Nazarbetova is the head of the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies Representative Office under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty also took part in the meeting. She acted as faculty’s partner and noted the role of FIR graduates in the work of KISS.
