A University of Houston scientist has proposed a joint laboratory

Chairman of the Board - Rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Zhanseit Tuimebayev met with scientist, professor of the University of Houston, Dr. Shayken Tattim.

Zhanseit Tuimebaev acquainted the guest of honor with the achievements and activities of KazNU.

In his speech, Rector Shaiken Tattim expressed his interest and invited the scientists of the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology of the University to cooperate in the field of biology. 

The professor informed the head of the university about his work on cancer prevention and shared his plans for the future.

During the meeting, the parties agreed to establish a joint research laboratory on the basis of KazNU and develop partnership in the future.
