Embracing AI: Transforming English Language Teaching and Learning

A webinar titled "Embracing AI: Transforming English Language Teaching and Learning" was conducted at KazNU as part of the scientific project "Methodology of Integrating Language and Media Education to Develop Media Literacy among Kazakhstani Youth as a Key Factor in Their Socialization and Intercultural Interaction" by the Department of Foreign Languages.

The speaker, Christy Reyes, an assistant professor of professional training and language instruction at MiraCosta College San Diego, USA, shared insights into integrating educational technologies into the learning process, focusing on the potential of using artificial intelligence tools in teaching. Attendees had the opportunity to explore and experiment with some of the web tools presented by the speaker, sharing their experiences during the session. Notable participants included representatives from al-Farabi University, Ablai Khan University, Serikbayev University, and other educational institutions.
