SDG 17. Partnerships for the goals

On October 3, at the Faculty of Physics and Technology of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, a meeting was held with representatives of the National Group of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (Dubna, Russia) organized by the Department of Theoretical and Nuclear Physics.  JINR scientific staff made presentations at the meeting: 1. Tezekbayeva Mereigul: "Acquaintance with JINR. Scientific research and cultural initiatives", 2. Aznabaev Dauren: "Time and position-sensitive detectors for registration of charged particles", 3. Dick Victoria: "Baikal neutrino telescope as a tool for studying the universe". Students of the OP "Nuclear Physics" asked interesting questions, and those who asked the most interesting, creative questions received memorable prizes.
