SDG-4: A training seminar on "Ways to develop leadership skills" was held.

The Scientific and Practical Center "Inclusive Environment" and the Psychological Support Service of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University SDG-4: within the framework of "quality education", on October 3, jointly held a training seminar for students of the Higher School of Economics and Business and the Faculty of Law on the topic "Ways to develop leadership qualities". The students who came to this training seminar learned about the importance of developing leadership skills and the intricacies of their professional use and also received a lot of useful information. During the seminar, numerous examples were presented and students shared their stories from their lives related to leadership qualities. The following topics were discussed at the seminar: - the concept of a leadership worldview and the history of its origin - signs of leadership qualities and their types - mastering and development - scientific consideration of the worldview of leadership Also, during the seminar, psychological group games were organized for students, developing various personal professional skills in a person.
