Leadership qualities: new opportunities for women

On October 10, 2024, a training seminar on the topic “Leadership qualities: new opportunities for women” was held at the Faculty of Pre-University Education, aimed at developing women’s leadership qualities, organized by the Department of Language and General Education Training for Foreigners, in accordance with the 5th goal of the SDG gender equality policy .

The speaker of the training seminar was the head of the department, candidate of philological sciences, associate professor B.M. Aitbaeva. The teaching staff of the faculty took part in this event. The purpose of the seminar is to open new opportunities for women on the path of professional development and show participants ways to improve their leadership skills, strategic thinking and team management skills. The training seminar is aimed at unlocking the leadership potential of women and influencing changes in their professional lives. The event was dedicated to the development of women's leadership qualities and their new opportunities in the modern world. Not only does this issue impact personal development, but the emergence of female leaders creates new opportunities and strengthens the role of mentoring. Leadership training and programs enable women to develop their leadership skills and expand their knowledge and experience.
