SDG 3: Ensure healthy lifestyles and promote well-being for all at all ages

16 october, 2024

Discuss and analyse the third SDG goal: ‘Ensure healthy lifestyles and promote well-being for all age groups’ in nature with students.

Realising healthy lifestyles and well-being for all is an important part of the sustainable development agenda.

A healthy lifestyle is a way of life aimed at preventing disease and promoting health, and includes all areas of human existence, from nutrition to emotional well-being.

The relevance of a healthy lifestyle is due to the increasing and changing nature of stresses on the human body in connection with the increase in risks of anthropogenic and environmental nature and the increasing complexity of the social structure. In the current situation, care about health and well-being of an individual is related to the survival and preservation of man as a species.

Healthy lifestyle of a student depends on his/her value orientations, world outlook, social and moral experience, developed by public consciousness.

In the light of the relevance of the issue, it can be stated that the department holds classes on geodetic surveying of objects in the fresh air, in the field, with students and doctoral students.
