Choosing a profession: I choose the al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
One of the most important problems for young people is the choice of a profession. A well-chosen profession gives young people the opportunity to fully realize their abilities, work creatively, and improve their knowledge and skills.
Kazakhstan pays great attention to the problems of education. Hundreds of foreign students from all over the world come to the Faculty of Pre-university Education of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University every year. They study Russian and Kazakh languages in order to continue their studies at different faculties of our university, get higher education, and acquire the desired specialty. The Department of Language and General Education Training of Foreign Students held (once again) in early April an open curatorial hour dedicated to choosing a profession.
The teachers talked about the prospects for further studies at the al-Farabi Kazakh National University. They noted that KazNU has always been one of the leading universities in Kazakhstan. Currently, KazNU has embarked on a more in-depth scientific research. KazNU is becoming not just a higher education institution, but also a research center.
Students will have the opportunity from the very first year not to gain knowledge, but to participate in scientific projects, conferences, and publish their work. Science is the future not only of Kazakhstan, but of the whole world. The university employs highly qualified teachers, academics, professors, associate professors, doctors and candidates of sciences. A wide range of specialties will allow each student to enroll in our university.
The teachers answered the questions of the foreign students and offered them booklets and posters for studying, which contained information about all the faculties of the university.
Making the right choice is a very important task that faces not only students, but also teachers working with them.
