Healthy lifestyle training with the participation of international trainers
On November 27, 2024, a unique training for students was organized in the 201 conference hall of the HSE, under the guidance of PhD doctoral students of the Department of Business Technology Ibraeva L.M., Eleshova Zh.B., AnarkhanA.K. on the topic "Formation of a healthy lifestyle: purity of Soul, Body, Spirit".
The international trainers of Operation Mercy Gulmira Baymuratkyzy and Marta Sebase were the guests of the training, who shared their experience and knowledge about the importance of taking care of the body, mental health and spiritual development. The event was also attended by foreign students of the Higher Kazakh-Turkish College of Humanities and Technology Shahin Sabina Gulshen, Soysal Osman Talha, Karimli Hijran, who spoke about their cultural approaches to a healthy lifestyle and inspired those present to an active and conscious lifestyle.
The training included interactive lectures, practical exercises and discussions that helped participants to better understand the relationship between physical, mental and spiritual health.
The participants noted that the training inspired them to take new steps in health promotion and opened up new horizons in understanding themselves.
The event was held within the framework of SDG 3 "Good health and well-being". A key element of sustainable development is ensuring a healthy lifestyle and promoting well—being for everyone at any age.
