Today, projects aimed at strengthening connections between different cultures and languages are of particular importance. One such project is "The One-Page Book," authored by Iranian writer Mehdi Mirazimi. "The One-Page Book" is a unique-format project where each story is compactly written on a single page. This approach allows readers to quickly and clearly grasp the text. A single page is not just a space for conveying the author’s main idea but also an excellent example of how to express thoughts within creative constraints. Gauhar Omarkhanova, a first-year master’s student in Iranian Studies at the Department of Middle East and South Asia, participated in "The One-Page Book" project, translating about 50 stories from Persian into Kazakh, bringing new works to Kazakh readers. Although each story fits onto just one page, its content is profound, its ideas are clear, and it encourages readers to think and feel inspired. "The One-Page Book" was published in Almaty by the "Otbasu Khrestomatiasy" publishing house and made available to readers. It has also garnered significant interest on social media and online bookstores.
