A graduate of the educational program "8D08401 - Fisheries and Industrial Fishing", the founder of the project "Balyk mektep" Marlen Tursunaliuly, made a valuable contribution to improving the living conditions of students by donating furniture for the kitchen of dormitory #7.

The opening ceremony of the modern kitchen was held under the leadership of the Dean of the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology M.S. Kurmanbaeva. The event was attended by campus specialists, deputy deans of the faculty A.B. Kusmangazinov and G.K. Dathabaeva, heads of departments A.S. Nurmakhanova, A.S. Kistaubaeva, Zh.K. Zhunusbaeva and A.M. Kustubaeva, head of dormitory #7 K.M. Kurmanbekov, as well as students.

This gesture of kindness and support demonstrates the importance of alumni involvement in the life of the university and creating comfortable conditions for current students.
