Track 3 «Inclusive-Oriented Teacher Training: Current State and Prospects» Strategic Session

Inclusive education is a pedagogical system aimed at ensuring equal opportunities for every child to receive education, regardless of their gender, age, social status, or physical and psychological characteristics. Today, inclusive education can only develop through the active participation of all members of society, aiming to offer programs that address the unique needs of each child. In this regard, the preparation of educators for the inclusive education system is of particular importance.
In this context, the expert-strategic session titled "Ensuring the Quality of Educational Programs: An Academic Perspective and Innovative Solutions" was held at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
At this traditionally held event, participants share ideas on the integration of education, science, and business, as well as exchange experiences.
The goal of the event is to evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs in the context of coordinating the labor market and education and to discuss the development of artificial intelligence.
In the field of education in Kazakhstan, inclusive education is one of the developing areas. The level of preparation of educators and teachers for inclusive education issues in the country varies. In some educational institutions, special courses and training sessions on inclusive education are organized, but in general, the education system in this area is not yet fully established and widely spread. This is primarily due to the lack of teachers requiring special training and the uneven attitude of society towards inclusion.
In conclusion, the preparation of educators for inclusive education is one of the important social changes in society. This issue must be addressed not only in educational institutions but also across society as a whole. The effective implementation of inclusive educational programs depends on the professional qualifications of educators, their responsibility, and their attention to the needs of each child. The full implementation of the inclusive education system will provide equal opportunities for education for all children in our country.
